They sell a variety of different items, and I'm not exactly sure what all of them are for. But the dried llama fetuses (on the left) are for new homes; you're supposed to bury one under the foundation before you start building.

The various rock totems are for different types of luck. The Pacha Mamá covers most bases, but there are specific ones like stone frogs meant to bring you wealth & a good job or stone owls to help bring wisdom (maybe for students?). You can even buy tiny little frogs to carry in your pocket/wallet.

The little bottles (on the right) contain different colored stones and little metal totems (both Aymara & Catholic) for different types of luck. A whisp of died llama wool is tied around the bottles.

Other stands also sell local remedies or special herbs or teas. They also sell lots of balms meant to increase sexual potency. No ailment — no matter how trivial — is ignored.
