A vacation for myself
11.13.2004Decided to stay in today. Well, I don't think getting the mail or taking out the trash count as going "out", does it? Crawled out of bed at 4pm, and stayed in my pjs all day, eating pasta & preparing to watch a History Channel documentary on Alexander the Great. Then, an early bedtime & a second day of sleeping in. It's past due.
I'll see y'all Monday.
Meanwhile, go read about how "cracker" culture's invading the Blue states at Iowahawk. It's the funniest thing I've read all week.

According to new reports, Apple Computer has filed patents for a version of the iPod that can stream files and share music through wireless network connections. There is still no word yet if Apple will release a wireless iPod. If the company does launch such a device, most analysts think it will be designed just to stream media through a WLAN connection. Despite recurring rumors that Apple will eventually morph the iPod into a PDA, Apple appears to have no plans to build such a device. Several industry insiders, however, claim that the company had a prototype of a PDA-like iPod at one time.
