Sitting on the edge of tomorrow

12.13.2004

I leave for Europe tomorrow. Wish I could say I'm packed. But I still need that vital backpack, the thing that'll hold all my travel items for two weeks. And I leave Kalamazoo in barely 24 hrs. So I sit on pins & needles.

Meanwhile, I'm cleaning & organizing my apartment like I should've weeks ago. Handing someone your keys for two weeks does that. I'd be too embarrassed to let Bret watch my place if it were anything less.

Also, I did take time off to see Blade 3. And. I don't just want my money back. I wanna get that hour-and-a-half of my life back. All I can say is that I feel really sad for Parker Posey.

But if you want something fun to look at, here's a list of the 10 Least Successful Holiday Specials of All Time. My favorite? Ayn Rand's A Selfish Christmas. Enjoy.

UPDATE: I now have a backpack large enough to hold all my stuff, but small enough to be reasonable. Thanks, Bret.

I was really geared-up to see Blade 3. And then the reviews came out. I think I'll skip it.

Safe travels.

I was asked to watch Blade 3. Thank God I haven't watched it yet. Not going to. Thanks.

Selfish Christmas is typical Ayn Rand huh? =D

Have a good christmas! Safe trip!
