Tennis veteran bows to university student

Daniel Centellas, 59 years old, was set for the tennis finals at the Urbari Tennis Club, having beaten his opponent, a student in his early twenties after a 2 1/2 hour match last week. Today was the finals and the record setting high temperatures didn't phase the two players set to battle it out for the championship. Daniel was ready to take on the 20+ recent college graduate from Tarija. The two played for 2 hours with Daneil bowing out in the final set.
Not bad for a player whose doctor said he probably should no longer try to play the more demanding singles and who sports a knee brace.
Well, I'm sure you can tell by now, why I'm not a newspaper reporter! But I was there, snapping pictures and after this match, I realize why Daniel often has to ice his arms after playing. That back hand is his forte.
So for our last outing before heading to the States. We are excited for the trip, nervous as always and checking and rechecking luggage, schedules, lists, lists, lists.
